Wendy Lail
Wendy Lail is a licensed Massage Therapist and Medical Massage Practitioner. She specializes in pain relief therapy and manual therapy.
Wendy graduated from Maiden School of Massage and Bodywork Therapy, LLC in Maiden NC in June 2021. She then acquired her license to work in NC as a Massage Therapist. Furthering her knowledge in her work, she obtained her Medical Massage Practitioner certificate from LMBT Success Group in August 2022. She also uses medi-cupping and myofascial cupping as techniques of tension and muscle release.
Wendy suffered with chronic migraines for 25+ years which led her to massage therapy as a post-condition treatment for pain and tension relief. She knows the value of massage therapy from her own history and continues to further her knowledge in her career in efforts to better the quality of life for her clients in her practice. .
Wendy has a passion for helping her clients. She works closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best course of care for her clients.

Therapy
Manual therapy is a skilled application of hands-on techniques to manipulate soft tissue, joints, and nerves. It mostly includes kneading & manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization and joint manipulation. Manual Therapy is typically
performed with clothes on and can be very effective to decrease pain & tissue tension and improve quality of movement.
